Please note: once class begins, payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What you need to know:

• Class is 6 weeks long.

• We meet for one hour each week.

• Class location is about 5 minutes north of Riverside park. Address will be sent in an email.

• Cost of this class is $200 and is due at time of registration.

• Handler focus

• Marker system

• Beginners leash skills (walking nicely on leash)

• Sit

• Down (lay down)

• Place

• Recall (coming when called)

• Stay (sit, down, place)

• Leave it

Beginners obedience for
dogs 6 mos. and older.

Vaccinations required:

• Rabies

• Distemper

• Parvovirus

• Bordetella
  

  You will need:

All of these items can be found at Healthy Hound or The Pet Works.

1. Training collar (no harnesses or head halters).

2. 4’ leash

3. Variety of soft training treats your dog likes.

4. Treat pouch.

5. Long line (15’-20’).

We have 2 class days and times for our beginners obedience class. Class one will be Wednesday’s at 4:00 and class two will be Thursday’s at 6:30.
