Intermediate level obedience for dogs who have completed our Rock Star Companion Dog 1 class.

What you need to know:

• Class is 6 weeks long.

• We meet for one hour each week.

• Class location is about 5 minutes north of Riverside park. Address will be sent in an email.

• Cost of this class is $200 and is due at time of registration.

Vaccinations required:

• Rabies

• Distemper

• Parvovirus

• Bordetella

  
  

You will need:

All items found at Healthy Hound or The Pet Works.

1. Training collar (no harnesses or head halters).

2. 4’ leash

3. Variety of soft training treats your dog likes.

4. Treat pouch.

5. Long line (15’-30’).

• Walking nicely on leash by your side under distraction

• Recall, sit and down stay (all under heavy distraction)

• Sit and down from a distance

• Getting into heel position

• Back up

• Stand

• Chaining behaviors
